Lisa is a City and Guilds qualified college Tutor.  For many years Lisa taught all aspects of sugarcraft for Adults Continuing Education in Marlow and spent three years teaching the City and Guilds Design and Craft Level 2 qualification at Bracknell and Wokingham College together with other non-vocational sugarcraft courses.  In 2009, Catherine Maidens, one of Lisa's City and Guilds college students, was awarded a prestigious Medal of Excellence Award for her studies and Lisa received an award in recognition of her excellence in teaching the same.

Lisa brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her courses, with over 22 years experience in the cake making and sugarcraft industry.  She teaches both nationally and internationally and has won many awards for her work.  Lisa is passionate about her craft and enjoys nothing more than passing her skills and extensive knowledge onto her students. 

Knightsbridge PME School of Cake Decorating

British Sugarcraft Guild
